This research proposed a model which integrated the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Delone & McLean of Information System Success Model (D&M IS Success). This study was carried out in one month, starting from June 21 to July 18, 2020. The data were collected from 152 respondents. The connection among factors and their indicator can be resolved to utilize Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the education quality and service quality in IS Success Model positively affects on user satisfaction of using m-learning. Besides, perceived usefulness variable in the TAM had a significant positive impact on the intention to usage of m-learning. On the other hand, variable perceived ease of use in the TAM model didn’t significantly affect on the intention continue using m-learning. Meanwhile, variable user satisfaction and intention to use had a substantial positive impact on the learning effectiveness of m-learning users.
