Abstract

In accommodating the interests of developing country Members, the World Trade Organization (WTO) provided for approximately 145 Special and Differential Treatment (SD and, as a matter of law, S&D provisions can be considered as a legitimate discrimination or, at least, as an illegitimate but tolerated discrimination.
