Abstract
In this study, we demonstrate that subsets of texts, from the standpoint of stylometric analysis of vocabulary usage, do not provide results equivalent to those of the entire texts. We indicate, therefore, that individual texts are not necessarily internally homogeneous, and that the use of subsets in stylometric analysis cannot, in general, provide statistical evidence that is equivalent to the stylometric analysis that is provided by the entire text
