Abstract
结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)是一特殊类型的结直肠癌前病变，与结直肠癌的发生密切相关。本次报道1例78岁的女性，因反复解黏液稀便4～5次/d，半年，无血便等。结肠镜检提示直肠侧向发育型肿瘤。经内镜黏膜下剥术，患者恢复良好，术后1周出院。
