Abstract

Submission to the Ad Hoc Committee on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland. The Bill of Rights is an opportunity for transformative change and we highlight especially the need for provisions on economic, social and cultural rights; participation; equality; women’s participation in public life; effective implementation.
