Abstract
Pb–Pb measurements of standard zircon M257 and standard baddeleyite Phalaborwa were employed using our RF source mapping method. Rectangular ROIs with the size of 3 × 50 pixel2 (480 nm × 7.8 μm) were applied on the ion image of the standards.
