Abstract
본 연구는 Q방법론을 적용하여 임상 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 대한 본질적인 주관성을 파악하여 유형화함으로써 각 유형별 특성을 이해하고, 이를 근거로 간호교육과 임상교육에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호학과 4학년 학생 28명을 P 표본으로 편의표집 하였으며 34개의 Q 표본을 9점 척도의 Q 분포도상에 강제분포 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC QUANL program을 이용하여 주 인자 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 유형별 특성에 따라서 1유형은 ‘전인간호를 위한 지식추구형’, 제2유형은 ‘현실직시형’, 제3유형은 ‘사명감추구형’으로 분류 되었다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 간호전문직관의 인식유형별 간호교육 중재 전략과 간호전문직관을 강화시키는 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
