Abstract
A 52-year-old woman manifested sarcoidal granulomas in the subcutaneous tissues of her arms, hilar lymphadenopathy, interstitial pulmonary infiltrates, enlargement of the parotid glands, fever, and a positive Kveim test. Calcification was present in the soft tissues of her arms. Very few examples of subcutaneous sarcoidosis without dermal involvement have been recorded; to the best of our knowledge, no case of dystrophic calcification has been previously documented in cutaneous or subcutaneous sarcoidosis.
