Abstract
Two 3-year-old children, a boy and girl, had subcorneal pustular dermatosis (Sneddon-Wilkinson syndrome). In both of these children some of the flares of the disease followed infections. In case 1, dapsone as well as sulfapyridine aggravated the skin eruption and caused a toxic reaction; in case 2, the use of sulfapyridine resulted in a clearing of recurrences the pustular lesions. Results of immunofluorescent studies were negative in the first patient.
