Abstract

Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by saccular cerebral aneurysms is a relatively rare complication of systemic lupus erythematous. We presented a 42-year-old systemic lupus erythematous patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to the rupture of the anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, which was treated by early surgical intervention.
