Abstract

Management of subacute intracoronary thrombosis is unclear and can be challenging. 43-year-old male, active smoker with no known PMH came to the emergency room with 8/10 substernal chest pressure, radiating to the left arm associated with dyspnea, diaphoresis and worsening with exertion.
