Abstract

First described in 1926 by Foix and Alajouanine, the Foix-Alajouanine syndrome is a rare congestive myelopathy typically arising secondary to dural arteriovenous (AV) fistulas, often of cryptogenic origin. We here present a case of the rare and overlooked Foix-Alajouanine syndrome.
