Abstract

A 73-year-old woman with primary open angle glaucoma presented due to irritation and decreased vision 1 month after Ahmed glaucoma valve revision surgery for tube exposure. Her tube had been initially implanted six years prior to the revision, for which a new cornea patch graft was placed with conjunctival advancement.
