Abstract

The superconvergence sum rules of pion photoproduction amplitudes are studied to predict the electromagnetic properties of the nucleon and 3-3 nucleon resonance. Exactly the same results are obtained for the $\frac{D}{F}$ ratio of nucleon magnetic moment and magnetic dipole decay width of the 3-3 resonance as from static SU(6). The problem of saturation of the intermediate-state summation by low-lying resonances is discussed.
