Abstract

Endoscopic eradication therapy is an acceptable strategy for the management of Barrett's esophagus patients with high-grade dysplasia (HGD) or intramucosal adenocarcinoma (IMC). However it is not known if the efficacy of endoscopic therapy on patients with these two distinct histological lesions is different.
