Abstract

Predictive factor for rebleeding in Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding (OGIB) patients remains to be elucidated when they are followed up without therapeutic intervention. In recent years, the technological progress has enabled capsule endoscopy to obtain improved image quality and higher total small intestine observation rate. In this study, we examined the effect of change of capsule endoscopy from prior Pillcam SB, SB2 to latest SB3 on the diagnostic yield for prediction of rebleeding in OGIB.
