Abstract
Adler-Weisberger sum rules obtained from U(3) × U(3) are approximated by the decouplet for the low energy scattering while the high-energy continuum is taken to satisfy the Johnson-Treiman relations. This leads to the SU(6) prediction for the meson-baryon d/f ratio and a sum for the decuplet contribution.
