Abstract

Controlling the impact assessment of legal documents is the process of checking the scientific correctness of the assessment activities. After all, the goal of the legal document impact assessment is to create an effective legal document that is consistent with the reality of socioeconomic development and people's expectations. The article makes an overview of the control and assessment of the impact of legal documents and the experience of controlling and assessing the impact of legal documents in some countries in the world today.
