Abstract
In this research, several designs of innovative bipolar lenses were designed in terms of the geometry of the bipolar lens, in which the length of the inner bore of the designed lenses was changed in order to improve its performance. /m) and the study of its properties, that is, the investigation into the study of each marker included calculating it is axial magnetization as well as magnetic flux density using the finite element method (FEM) the magnetic and optical properties, where the effect of aberration on it (spherical and chromatic aberration) as well as the focal length was studied, where it was found that the best design is the lens when the bore length is (27 mm) in terms of less aberration and focal length.
