Abstract
The work was carried out on example of the Even breed reindeer in the FUE "Yuchugayskoye" of Oymyakon district. As a result of experimental studies, data on the frequency of occurrence of 16 microsattelite loci of Even reindeer have been obtained: Rt6, BMS1788, Rt30, Rt1, Rt9, FCB193, Rt7, BMS745, C143, Rt24, OheQ, C217, C32, VHRN16, TC16 and TC16. It shows a high level of polymorphism on the studied DNA loci. It is found to be from 3 to 15 allele variants on the locus. The test system, which includes 16 microsatellite DNA loci, has a high resolution when distinguishing between animals and animal groups. Microsatellite markers have been found to have a wide range of alleles, and the studied breed of domestic reindeer have a certain range of alleles and a peculiar genetic profile.
