Abstract
Biofertilization is one of the most important biotechnologies used, as it is done by isolating, purifying and characterizing various microorganisms, including stabilizing atmospheric nitrogen, and the use of chemical fertilizers added with no less than 25% in addition to its role in reducing environmental pollution problems, and organic fertilization is the cornerstone that must be Its position is to reduce environmental pollution resulting from the excessive use of mineral (chemical) fertilizers. Therefore, recycling of organic waste is one of the important matters in modern agriculture. This study was conducted at the Higher Institute for Environmental Research, where two types of microorganisms fixing atmospheric nitrogen were isolated from agricultural soil samples from the Bexa area in Lattakia governorate, then the bacterial isolates were classified according to their coloration in a gram manner, and according to the color characteristics of the specific and selective cultures and some biochemical properties, and it was found The first bacterial Azospirillum brasilens isolate is a rods-shaped bacteria, while the second bacterial Azotobacter chrococcm isolate is a spherical bacteria, and they are both gram-negative. The compost was prepared from aerobic fermentation of organic waste, consisting of cow manure with household food residues, and the following chemical analyzes were performed (PH, EC, N, P, K, organic matter), then the compost resulting from the fermentation process was treated with the two previous bacterial isolates and re-conducting the physical analyzes. Precursor chemical, and a statistical study was carried out according to the t-test at a confidence level of less than 5%. It was found that both isolates increased the values of the nutritional elements of compost and that the isolate Azotobacter chrococcm is the most efficient in improving the properties of compost resulting from organic waste (cow dung - residues Nutritional).
