Abstract
The higher proportion of renewable energy and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters make it urgent to construct a resilient power grid. In this study, we proposed a viable measure to evaluate the distribution grid's capabilities of situational awareness, disturbance response and self-improvement under the demand of system resilience. Firstly, we constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system including 27 micro indexes. Secondly, we used the comprehensive weight optimization method, which is based on relative entropy, to weight the index system. Finally, the deep auto-encoder was used to realize the dimension reduction and visualization of the evaluation system. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation system for the distribution network resilience constructed in the study can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the resilience of the distribution network. The evaluation results' data dimension is reduced and its visualization level is improved. This index system can provide data support for the evolution of power gird and improvement of resilience. It is also expected to guide the investment direction of distribution networks and promote the planning and construction of resilient power grids.
