Abstract

V2O5 nanoribbon prepared by simple hydrothermal method has uniform dispersion and smooth surface. The width of nanoribbon is about 50 nm, the thickness is about 20 nm, and the length varies from 100 nm to 200 nm to 10 μm. By researching the electrochemical performance of V2O5 nanoribbon and exploring the influence of the type and concentration of electrolyte on the electrochemical performance, it is found that the electrochemical performance of V2O5 nanoribbon is the best in 0.5 mol·L−1 LiNO3 solution, and the specific capacitance of the material is 370 F·g−1(0.5 A·g−1).
