Abstract

In order to analyze the tourists' perception of the Grand Canal cultural heritage, the Grand Canal has been taken as the object of research, and the Python web crawling method has been used to obtain the network travel data. In this paper, ROST text analysis software has been used for word frequency analysis, semantic network analysis and sentiment analysis to evaluate the tourists' perception situation of the Grand Canal including the characteristics and levels of cultural heritage perception. It is found that tourists have a preference, superficial and comprehensive experience in the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal, and tourists' enthusiasm for the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal needs to be improved. Therefore, from the perspective of the city along the Grand Canal and the tourists' perception of the cultural significance of the Grand Canal heritage, the perception of sentiment and the perception of the overall image, the mechanism of the tourists' perception of the Grand Canal cultural heritage is explained in the initial stage, and the promotion strategy of the Grand Canal cultural heritage perception is proposed, at the same time the tourism development directions of the Grand Canal is clear.
