Abstract

Objective: This paper designs a kind of weft double denim fabric with inner and outer layers, and provides guidance for the development of new denim fabric by testing its wearing performance. Methods: 1 2 samples were designed according to the whole scheme, with yarn raw materials and weft density as two change factors. Through the washing process, part of the yarn is ground and weft broken. The tensile breaking property, moisture permeability, air permeability and drapability of this part are tested. The influence of yarn type and weft density on the properties of the sample is analyzed by using fuzzy mathematics. Conclusion: when the raw material of the yarn is Tencel and cotton blended yarn and the weft density is 3 0 pieces/ cm, the tensile fracture property of the sample is better; When the yarn raw material is Tencel and artificial cotton and the weft density is 25pieces/ cm, the sample has better drapability, air permeability and moisture permeability. This paper aims to develop a new type of denim fabric, and study and analyze the change factors that can optimize the wearing performance of thick and heavy-duty yarn breaking denim fabric.
