Abstract
目的 优选出黑芝麻脂肪油的提取工艺.方法采用正交试验法,运用超声技术提取.结果用超声技术提取黑芝麻油,出油率与溶剂种类、溶剂用量及超声时间有显著性差异(P＜0.01).当溶剂选用石油醚、溶剂量为供试品的12倍、超声时间为45min时,其出油率可达60.32%.结论该法工艺简单、可靠、提取率高。
