Abstract

Synthetic procyanidins-metallic compounds study the infrared spectral properties and ultraviolet spectral properties of mates, to study the free radical scavenging ability of procyanidins and the antioxidant ability of procyanidins complexes under different pH buffer solutions, provide a certain theoretical basis for future research and application of procyanidins. In addition to antibacterial, anti-radiation, anti-allergy and other functions, proanthocyanidins can also inhibit tumor. However, few people have studied the coordination reaction of procyanidins with Bovine serum albumin and metal ions, so it has great research value. In this paper, the optical activity of the complex will be preliminarily studied, which will lay a theoretical foundation for the development of drug fluorescence probe in the future.
