Abstract

A series of triazine-based porous polymers (Si-CTFs) were synthesized through the ionothermal reaction using silanes containing 4-cyanophenyl groups as monomers. The structures of the materials were characterized. The BET surface areas of these materials changed with monomers in the range of 381–774 m2 g−1. Meanwhile, they exhibited excellent thermal stabilities and high CO2 capture capacity (up to 2.43 mmol g−1, 10.7 wt%) at 1.03 bar and 298 K.
