Abstract
With competitive theories based on resources view, this article analyzes the route choice of information technology(IT) which enterprises can obtain long-term competitive advantages, demonstrates why the managing skills which incorporate the IT resources and supply chain management(SCM) can bring supply chain enterprises sustainable competitive advantages, through (DCC)Digital China Company’s Supply Chain integration system case analysis, further illustrates the management skills have time compression diseconomies, causal ambiguity, complementarity of resources and so on, expounds that they are not entirely imitable and not completely alternative. concisely gives an account of the successful experiences of their implementation
