Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor in the international service outsourcing, and good human resource is the key condition to undertake international service outsourcing successfully. Based on the analysis on the support of human resource for the international service outsourcing this paper establishes an indicator system. According to statistical data, the paper uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the support of human resource for the development of international service outsourcing. It shows that the support is weak in Jilin province. It is essential for Jilin province to train and introduce talents in order to further develop the ability to undertake international service outsourcing.
