Abstract

With the development of E-commerce, so many problems were to appear in the business. Besides how to ensure that protect the safe of business, and another one is the problem of after-sales services in C2C E-commerce. This paper analyzed the environment of C2C E-commerce in China and the current situation about after-sale services at first, and proposed that it is vital to promoting the after-sales service for the C2C E-commerce, which would provide references for the development of the C2C E-commerce.
