Abstract

Objective To investigate the status of clinical skills training in clinical medical postgraduate students from supervisor perspective.Methods Questionnaires were issued to supervisors of clinical medical postgraduate in a province.The retrieved questionnaires and data were analyzed with statistics.Results The clinical working time of postgraduates is shorter than which the supervisor recognized.Clinical operation opportunity is not enough.Clinical skills were mastered in general.The implementation of clinical rotation examinations is not strict enough.The attending physician is a strong force in clinical teaching.Conclusions It is needed to adjust training type,reform teaching methods,expand supervisor team,strengthen the cultivating of medical professionalism and promote talent-training pattern of four certificates combined as one,which plays an important role in ensuring and comprehensively improving the clinical skills training quality.
