Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between onset of asthma of children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 119 cases of children with asthma and 27 healthy children in our hospital were collected as research subject and control subject.RSV-specific serum IgG,IgM antibodies were detected using indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.For RSV-IgM positive cases,serum RSV-IgE was need detecting and analyzing the data.Results RSV-IgG and RSV-IgM total positive rate was 68.1% and there was a significant difference (P <0.00) compared with the control group.There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between RSV-IgE concentrations and the control group.IFN-γlevels of asthma group was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusions There was close relationship between asthma outbreak with RSV infection.
