Abstract

Objective To study the quality of life and the influencing factors in patients with anti - psychotics poisoning to make reference for prevention. Methods The study group and control group were evaluated with WHO the quality of life scale (WHOQOL - BREF) , brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA)and compared with each other. The study group was also investigated with self - made general condition scale. At the end, to analyze the general quality of life and mental health and the eleven influencing factors with relative - analysis. Results In the study group, the scores of physiology, psychology, environment fields, general quality of life and mental health were obviously lower than those of the control group, the total scores of BPRS and HAMA were obviously higher. The general quality of life and mental health were positively correlated with the better family - ties and occupation, and negatively correlated with the total scores of BPRS, HAMD, HAMA and age. The influencing factors were HAMA, marriage -ties, educational background ,age and family - ties. Conclusions The quality of life in patients with anti - psychotics poisoning is lower.
