Abstract

This paper by TEM that the dot domains initially dominated in the film representing perpendicular magnetizations are also dominant, then vary and appear differently during temperature raising and decreasing processes between room temperature and Curie temperature, and confirmed that the magnetocrystalline anisotropy is the main origin by showing the anisotropy field H k varied more rapidly than the magnetization M, that revealed by the correlation between the H k and the domain structure appearance. The TEM domain micrographs, their dimension and comparing with the SEM morphology microstructure are also given and discussed.
