Abstract
四逆汤由附子、甘草、干姜三味药组成,主要活性成分为附子中的生物碱、干姜中的挥发性成分及甘草中的三萜皂苷类,具有回阳救逆之功效.本次将四逆汤的药效、药代动力学及在休克、心脑血管疾病等方面的应用进行了归纳。
