Abstract

The employees’ job crafting behavior has good benefits for both individuals and organizations. Therefore, how to improve the level of employees’ job crafting has become a problem worthy of attention. Current studies pay more attention to the personal factors of employees while ignoring the impact of organizational factors on employees’ job crafting. Based on an empirical study of 274 samples, this paper examines the impact of inclusive leadership on employees’ job crafting. The results show that inclusive leadership effectively promotes the level of employees’ job crafting; the supportive organizational climate and psychological empowerment have a dual-mediation role in this process; power distance not only negatively moderated the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment, but also buffered the whole mediating mechanism.
