Abstract

The industry-university-research cooperation system is a complex system, which has self-organization trait once the system is established that is same to other dissipative structure systems. The cooperation system evolution process includes three stages and has a complex structure. The industry-university-research cooperation system is a system includes many subsystems. The stabilization and mutual affect influence the efficacy of the whole system. The labor division and cooperation of subsystems influence the whole system function. So the essential of the industry-university-research cooperation is division innovation. The characters of different actors of the industry-university-research cooperation decide that they have different position and division. In practice many problems are due to the misunderstanding of the division and position. Some advises are put forward to enhance the cooperation of industry-university-research.
