Study on the Fitting Method of Power User Load Curve Under the Condition of Spot Operation

Abstract

With the acceleration and deepening of the power market reform, the National Development and Reform Commission has issued power system reform documents to promote all industrial and commercial users to enter the power market. For the spot pilot area, the clearing and settlement time is required to be more accurate. Except for a few large industrial users, a wide range of small and medium-sized users and residents do not have the meter conditions for time-sharing measurement, and the investment in large-scale transformation of measuring equipment is huge, so the settlement basis must be obtained by fitting. This paper proposes a reverse derivation method of the user load curve. First, deducting the user curve with metering conditions from the load curve, and then calculating different types of user curves by adding weight coefficient fitting. At the same time, it proposes a method to deal with fitting deviation, which realizes the fitting of user curves without time-sharing meters, supports the needs of spot market settlement, and effectively promotes the entry of all industrial and commercial users into the market.
