Abstract
The article used Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) model to evaluate scientific research efficiency of the medical research institutions. Firstly, the evaluation system on the two dimensions of the inputs and outputs was established based on analyzing the influencing factors of efficiency of medical scientific research process; then PCA was used to reduce the dimension of the output index system, and the SFA model was used to evaluate the efficiency; Finally, the accuracy of the model of medical scientific research efficiency was verified through actual cases.
