Abstract
Due to the axisymmetrical parts easy to occur fracture or wrinkle in stamping process, by using the professional press finite element software and the control variable method the simple finite element simulation analysis on the barrel member is performed. In order to explore the effect of blank holder force, coefficient of friction and other factors on the barrel shape of flow parts in the stamping process and the influence on the forming quality of stamping parts are determined.
