Abstract

Objective: To effectively evaluate the timeliness of China's medical union policy, and to help the medical management department provide a reference basis for the implementation of the medical union policy, this paper, by combing the relevant research on the medical union policy at home and abroad, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of the timeliness of the medical union in four dimensions: the construction of basic medical services, the sharing of regional information, the two-way referral within the medical union, and the level of medical service. The weights of different indicators are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the results of different indicators are compared and analyzed. The results show that the level of medical service and regional information sharing are the most important indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the medical consortium.
