Abstract

The human capital (HC) is the most important capital in the knowledge-based economy time, and the HC operations have certain impacts on enterprise performance. Based on the analysis of HC, HC operation and enterprise performance as well as literature research, the paper proposes the hypothesis of four dimensions of HC operations on effect of enterprise performance and constructs a structural equation model. Furthermore, the paper has a statistical analysis and model fit to testify the theory through using SPSS13.0 and AMOS4.0 software. The conclusion shows that the hypothesis of which HC investment has a positive influence on the growth dimension of enterprise performance was not supported by empirical testing, and HC investment has a positive influence on the financial dimension, image dimensions and staff dimension of enterprise performance was supported. At the same time, the hypothesis of which HC integration, HC incentive and HC appreciation has a positive influence on the enterprise performance was supported by empirical testing.
