Abstract

The development of resource-based cities, resulting in the ecological environment and natural landscape has been severely damaged, take a direct impact on people's production and life. Resource-based urban ecological damage risks are topography, surface subsidence cracks, waste rock tailings, mine water pollution and other types. According to the ecological priority and local conditions, sustainable development, government regulation, public participation and market operation of the combining should be taken, and implement policies that will minimize the risk of ecological, eco-development to form a good pattern.
