Abstract
In Modern days, urban parks are constantly competing in ecological environments that are advancing to the complex functions. To survive from other competing parks Pak need to evolve smartly. An urban park needs to strengthen its functions and services in its interaction with citizens. Hence, for a smart park to be able to evolve in an ecological environment of a city, they should be conducted in sustainable probabilistic systems through study of convergence of the functions and services. This study suggests a smart park network in convergence with urban parks’ functions and services.
