Ecological integration mainly uses the overall concept and thinking to solve ecological problems by means of multi-agent participation, interest coordination and cooperation, which coincides with the theory of collaborative governance. Therefore, collaborative governance has become the evolution trend of environmental governance in the Yangtze River Delta.
