Abstract
Objective To make a retrospective study of the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 42 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia patients treated in our hospital from April 2011 to July 2016, and summarized the experience clinical diagnosis and the surgical treatment effect of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Results All of these 42 patients were cured by operation, the success rate was 100% and the mean operative time was(121.4±23.79)minutes, the average length of hospital stay was(15.8±2.37)days.All patients had no complications, and were discharged after recovery. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia is difficult, dynamic monitoring of clinical symptoms, combined with imaging examination provides the basis for early diagnosis.Appropriate surgical treatment should be performed based on the actual condition of patients, and the result is remarkable.
