Abstract

Objective: In order to create the characteristic tree spectrum(CTS) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and apply the CTS of TCM to the study which related on compatibility, clinical medication decision or quality control of TCM, the digital coding rule based on classic books of TCM and the algorithm for the diversity of supporting intelligent application will be constructed.Methods: A. This study combines the characteristics and advantages of traditional and modern classic books in the field of TCM, and selects several classic books of TCM and Chinese medicine are selected. B. According to the classic books of TCM about the key information of Chinese medicine property theories, this paper adopts a series of upstream standards, such as WS, GB/T, ISO, etc., and each data element can be assigned a unique, language-neutral identity, as well as establish relevant coding rules for data element value domain in combination with the specific content information covered in TCM. C. On the basis of the self-owned product, the digital coding technology of the Chinese medicine standard is applied to the Html5 Flexible Editor (H5FE), and CTS is created which can be returned from WS format Html5 or XML and can support the implementation of the digital standard. D. Based on self-developed, taking into account both topology and semantic XML algorithm for the diversity, this study deeply optimizes its nuclear culvert algorithm and establishes the expression model of Chinese medicine related mathematical functions. E. Based on the literature research and the experience of clinical medication in TCM for malaria, this study respectively create the CTSs of artemisia that the effective template for the treatment of malaria and honeysuckle that the noneffective template for the treatment of malaria. And by comparing the diversity/similarity calculation results with truth of the objective world, the feedback optimization algorithm model can be obtained. A. The transformation of text information to digital information is completed by establishing the coding rules of TCM data element and data element value domain. B. The CTS of TCM is a high-order multi-dimensional tree spectrum which covers the key information of TCM, such as macro information, medium information and micro information(MMMI). C. By studying algorithm for the diversity, the diversity between the two random CTSs can be calculated. Conclusion: This study can provide certain technical support and theoretical guidance for the research on intelligent application in the field of TCM by establishing the CTS of TCM and its algorithm for the diversity.
