Abstract

Abstract This paper first analyzes the definition and characteristics of education management for second-class students. Secondly, we construct the BOPPPS teaching model of multi-objective planning based on the algorithm theory of traditional static multi-objective planning algorithm, dynamic multi-objective planning algorithm and performance index of DMOP algorithm. Finally, an empirical analysis of the BOPPPS instructional model in the educational management of second-classroom students was conducted using some students and teachers of Eleventh Middle School. The results showed that most teachers felt that the BOPPPS teaching model was very good, 95.35% were satisfied with the teaching effect, and 98.21% of the secondary teachers were willing to use the BOPPPS teaching model in their future teaching process. Based on this study, it has been concluded that the BOPPPS teaching mode can encourage students' interest in learning.
