Abstract
Based on Theory of Second Language Acquisition, this paper analyzes the acquisition strategies in college English reading curriculum from the perspective of monitoring hypothesis, input hypothesis and affective filter hypothesis. The current reading atmosphere of "more learning, less acquisition" needs to be changed.
